PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acrylic resin having heat resistance, appearance, shape stability, etc., suitable for use as a transparent electrode plate for a touch panel. SOLUTION: The acrylic resin comprises 3-30 mass% alkyl methacrylate unit having an 8-20C alkyl group, 2-35 mass% monoethylenic unsaturated monomer unit containing an alkyl methacrylate unit having a 1-4C alkyl group and 35-95 mass% multifunctional (meth)acrylate unit having two or more (meth)acryloyl groups. The resin plate is made from the resin. The production method for the resin plate, the transparent electrode plate for a touch panel comprising the resin plate and the touch panel of which at least one of an upper transparent electrode plate 7 and a lower transparent electrode plate 1 is the transparent electrode plate are disclosed.
