PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor capable of providing size reduction without degrading a rated capacity. SOLUTION: This motor includes a casing 2, an output shaft 3 rotatably attached at the casing 2, a first rotor 8 coaxially provided to the output shaft 3, a main motor 4 having a first stator 9 disposed on the outside of the first rotor 8, a second stator 12 attached at least on a casing position adjacent to an edge among both the edges of the output shaft 3, an auxiliary motor 6 having a second rotor 11 disposed so as to coaxially surround the second stator 12, and a cooling fan 5 disposed at the second rotor 11. The cooling fan 5 is formed so as to flow fluid through a gap 15 between the first rotor 8 and the first stator 9.
