PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector capable of surely retaining a pressure member in an open state with a simple operation, and also of improving the durability of a retaining function. SOLUTION: A pressure cover 30 is biased toward an open direction by an elastic piece 42 of each auxiliary plate 40 when it is turned further toward an open direction than a given intermediate turning position, and is biased toward a closing direction when it is turned further toward the closing direction than the intermediate turning position, so that the pressure cover 30 can be turned to a full open position although it is not operated completely to the full open position, and the pressure cover 30 can be retained surely in an open state with a simple operation. In this case, since the pressure cover 30 is retained at the full open position by biasing force of the elastic piece 42, the retaining function is not damaged by repetition of an opening and closing operation as in the case of a structure in which a protrusion and a concave part are insertion-coupled with each other, which also helps to improve durability.
