PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a map displaying system for quickly plotting a three-dimensional map. SOLUTION: A map data working part 10a works original three-dimensional map data by dividing the data into scene graph data where the data structure of a three-dimensional map is expressed as a tree structure and plotting data where objects included in the three-dimensional map are plotted.
