PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a friction-resistant coating which forms a friction surface by directly coating a steel plate or a resin being a base material instead of a formed friction material, reduces a cost and prevents a bad condition such as clutch sticking, etc., without causing rust by coating the steel plate. SOLUTION: A conventional friction part 1 is obtained by bonding a friction material 2 obtained by mixing rubber with brass powder to a base resin 3 to become a base material with an adhesive (thermosetting epoxy-based adhesive, etc.) 4. Since the cost of a mold for molding the friction material 2 and labors for application of the adhesive 4, bonding and curing by heating are required, the friction part has a high cost. On the contrary, a zinc coated part 5 of the present invention is obtained by coating a base resin 3 to similarly become a base material with the friction-resistant coating of the present invention and curing the coating by heating to form a zinc coating film 6 as a friction-resistant coating film on the surface. Since labors are not required, the zinc coated part has a much lower cost in comparison with the conventional friction part 1 and sticking is prevented by rust prevention action of the zinc coating film 6.
