PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strap device with a strap with excellent operability held not to hinder an occupant and capable of smoothly performing a pulling operation. SOLUTION: A grip part 8b is drawn outward and is fitted and mounted by base shaft parts 90 and 91 on both sides which are made of metallic round bar materials for inserting and holding the strap 8 and are mounted and fixed on the same plane as that of an installation frame F of a mechanism equipped on the seat. The device is provided with a strap holder 9 constituted of a supporting frame 92 for inserting and receiving the strap 8 having a U-shape over the base shaft parts 90 and 91 and extending obliquely outward and a a spindle 93 for a strap pulling guide laid and fixed to a pulling side of the strap 8 between axes of side shaft parts 92b and 92c in parallel to a lateral shaft side part 92a of the supporting frame 92 across an inserting gap G of the strap 8.
