PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mattress which is formed by stacking flat sheets of resin foam and/or solid cotton, can be cleaned as it is and can be easily manufactured without using adhesive agent and to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: Two or more sheets of resin foam and/or solid cotton are stacked and integrated by stitching to form the mattress. The two or more sheets of stacked resin foam and/or solid cotton are covered with a cover.
