The frame of a wheelchair (20) comprises normally two vertical positioned lateral bars (23) with grips (21) bent in a right angle to the back and foot positioning extensions (22) for the person pushing the chair (20) at their lower ends. The carrying unit, assembled of a vertical bar (1), a rotating upper part (4) with two crosswise arranged short horizontal bars for attaching the bottle (10) with a fluid and holding facilities for other devices (9), can be temporarily joined to one of the handles (21) and to one of the foot positioning extensions (22) with clamping elements.
