PURPOSE: A method for automatically detecting and alarming an emergency state is provided to give an alarm in a quick and effective manner through a wire/wireless communication line upon occurrence of an unexpected state when getting on or off from a subway or a train. CONSTITUTION: A method comprises a step(301) of judging whether a car exists in a platform; a step(303) of monitoring changes of image in the region between the car and a safety line by controlling an image pickup device if a car exists; a step(305) of detecting an object occupying the region in accordance with the changes of image in the region; a step(307) of giving a cautious start alarm to the car if an object is detected in the region; a step(309) of monitoring changes of image in the region between the safety line and a railway line by controlling the image pickup device if a car does not exist in the platform; a step(311) of detecting an object occupying the region in accordance with the changes of image in the region; a step(313) of giving a railway line caution alarm to a station office if an object is detected in the region; and a step(315) of performing a railway line caution broadcasting when the railway line caution alarm is given.
