CONSTITUTION:During the operation by an ABS operation signal from an ABS controller 391, when a car speed V detected by a car speed detection means 302 is larger than the latest maximum speed change ratio car speed VH1 memorized in RAM 315, the latest ABS speed change pattern CDPTN memorized in RAM 315 is read in and a target speed change ratio CP is set to the range minimum speed change ratio CDLO of a range. A target pulse number PP corresponding to the target speed change ratio CP calculated and set is set and calculated by a calculation expression and a map reference set in advance.
