An apparatus for dispersing waste toner of a toner cartridge is provided to utilize space of a collection container efficiently so as to extend life of the toner cartridge by equally dispersing the waste toner stored in the collection container into the whole space in the collection container. A rotation axis(100) is rotatably installed in a collection container(42) that stores waste toner. A screws(150) is formed on the outer surface of the rotation axis and thereby transports the waste toner in the collection container. A handle gear(110) is installed at one end of the rotation axis that passes through the collection container and thereby rotated along with the collection container. Winding directions of both ends of the screw are opposite to each other starting from a central part of the rotation axis.
