A cable duct 1 of trapezoidal or semicircular section has a side-part connected to each edge by a fillet. The duct may be of extruded metal or plastics material and may be covered by metal or plastics sheets resting on a strip or recess provided around and below the inside edge of the duct. If made of plastics, the duct is supported by rails 2 which, however, may be replaced by supports at the ends of each section of the duct, if made of metal. Cables may enter or leave the duct at spaces left between adjacent ends thereof. |
