The present invention discloses a novel solution for manufacturing a large case using prefabricated pieces, "U"-type beams and double "T" inverted slabs for building bridges. The double "T" inverted and reinforced concrete slabs are mounted over the said bridges and connected by means of a complementary casting. The "U"-type beam includes preparations of structural steel in the upper walls thereof so as to carry out the connection with the double "T" concrete slabs by the concrete casting; the slabs embody cavities particularly for the aforesaid purpose.
