<p>Stiff fluent aerated food product is deposited. A pump's inlet is conected both to an air intake and via a suction tube to an unpressurised liquid product container, to draw product and air simultaneously into the pump. The outlet is connected to an inlet of a homogeniser, causing emulsification; the homogeniser outlet goes to a filling nozzle formed as a holow spear with a valve at its downstream end opening against a resilient bias when aerated product is pumped through.</p> |
