HIGH-OUTPUT MICRO SPEAKER OF PREVENTING BREAKING OF VOICE COIL BY FIXING F-PCB TO INNER AND OUTER PARTS OF FRAME AND SOLDERING INPUT/OUTPUT COIL TO F-PCB AND FABRICATING PROCESS THEREOF

PURPOSE: A high-output micro speaker of preventing breaking of a voice coil and a fabricating process thereof are provided to prevent partial breaking of the voice coil and generation of noise by fixing an F-PCB to an inner part and an outer part of a frame and soldering an input/output coil to the F-PCB. CONSTITUTION: A cut part is formed at an outer circumference of a speaker frame(10). An F-PCB(30) is inserted into a bottom face(20) through the cut part. The F-PCB and an input/output coil(41) of a voice coil(40) are soldered each other. A plurality of F-PCB insertion grooves are formed at an inner top face of the speaker frame and an outer bottom face of the frame. The F-PCB is fixed to each of the F-PCB insertion grooves. The input/output coil of the voice coil is soldered on the F-PCB fixed to an inner part of the speaker frame. An input/output line(50) is soldered on the F-PCB fixed to an outer part of the frame.
