PURPOSE: A method for producing the rice containing herb medicine components of Cho-Doeum described in a literature of the DONGEUIBOGAM is provided, which Cho-Doeum containing rice is useful for treatment of symptoms related to constipation. CONSTITUTION: The method for producing the rice containing herb medicine components of Cho-Doeum described in a literature of the DONGEUIBOGAM comprises the steps of: washing the rice with water three times and removing water from the rice to prepare the clean rice(S110); heating raw materials of Cho-Doeum with water in an extractor to prepare an extract of Cho-Doeum(S120); dipping the clean rice in the extract of Cho-Doeum(S130); removing water from the extract dipped rice and drying the rice(S140); and repeating the dipping and drying process(S130, S140) three times, and packing the processed rice(S150), wherein the Cho-Doeum contains Angelica gigas Nakai, Cnidium officinale, Phelloterus Littoralis Bentham, Gelidium amansii, Glycyrrhiza Radix, ginger and millet. |
