PURPOSE: A toothbrush having a toothbrush body and a toothpaste vessel is provided to easily insert a toothpaste vessel having simple structure into a toothbrush and remove the toothpaste vessel. CONSTITUTION: The toothbrush includes a toothbrush body(5) and a toothpaste vessel. The toothbrush body(5) has a head(12), a neck portion(16) and a handle portion(18). The handle portion(18) is close to the neck portion(16), and forms a handle with the toothpaste vessel(10). The toothpaste vessel(10) is removably inserted into the handle portion(18). The toothpaste vessel(10) has a distributing head(38) and a vessel body. A case-shaped vessel holder(20) is integrally formed with the handle portion(18), and partly envelops the vessel body when the toothpaste vessel is inserted into the handle portion(18).
