The invention relates to acyloxypyrrolidine derivatives of general formula (I): in which: R<SUB>1 </SUB>represents a hydrogen atom, a (C<SUB>1</SUB>-C<SUB>6</SUB>)alkyl, a (C<SUB>3</SUB>-C<SUB>6</SUB>)cycloalkyl, a group -CH<SUB>2</SUB>CH<SUB>2</SUB>COOH or a group -NR<SUB>2</SUB>R<SUB>3</SUB>; R<SUB>2 </SUB>and R<SUB>3 </SUB>each represent, independently, a hydrogen atom or a (C<SUB>1</SUB>-C<SUB>6</SUB>)alkyl. Also disclosed and claimed are the method of preparation of the compounds of the invention and their application in therapeutics. |
