PURPOSE: To provide an apparatus that crushes and cuts food garbage to pieces by cutting means having different rotation speed and dries food garbage by a drying means while the crushed and cut food garbage is pressed and dewatered to minimize generation of odor due to dewatering of food garbage and evaporates wastewater generated by pressing and dewatering and purifies wastewater by cooling system so that purified wastewater is discharged to prevent pollution of water. CONSTITUTION: In an apparatus for disposing food garbage comprising a housing(14) at one side of the front of which a control part having a plural operation buttons is installed, and a hopper(16) installed at one side of an upper part of the housing to receive food garbage in such a way that the hopper is mounted on or demounted from the housing so as to dispose food garbage injected through the hopper, the apparatus(10) comprises a transfer means which is rotatably installed at one side of a lower part of the hopper with being inclined to a fixed angle, and a part of which is contained in the inner side of the hopper to transfer injected food garbage to a lower part of the hopper; a cutting means(30) rotatably installed at a lower part of the transfer means with being parallel to the transfer means to crush and cut transferred food garbage at different rotation speeds in different rotation directions; a dewatering means(40) installed at a lower part of the cutting means with being parallel to the cutting means to dewater food garbage by rotating crushed and cut food garbage at different rotation speeds, thereby pressing food garbage to one side; a drying means(50) that encircles the outer circumferential surface of one end of the dewatering means to dry food garbage while food garbage is dewatered by the dewatering means; a purification means(60) for purifying wastewater generated from food garbage by the dewatering means; and a power transmission means(80) for driving the transfer means, the cutting means and the dewatering means by receiving driving force from a driving motor installed on the bottom surface of the housing such that the driving motor is driven according to control of the control part. |
