PURPOSE: Tablet-type solid function milk containing cow liver is provided, thereby enhancing the nutrition of milk derived from cow liver, and enlarging the storage period of milk due to addition of sodium erythorbic acid and sodium L-glutamic acid, and coating. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing the tablet-type solid function milk containing cow liver comprises the steps of: sterilizing milk at 135 deg. C for 2 seconds; heating cow liver; rapidly cooling the milk to 10 deg. C; removing 90% of water from the milk with hot wind; removing 90% of water from the cow liver with hot wind; pulverizing the cow liver and adding sodium erythorbic acid into the pulverized cow liver; mixing the dried milk with the pulverized cow liver; forming tablets from the mixture in which each of the tablets has the weight of 60g; drying the milk tablets with hot wind at low temperature; coating the milk tablets under vacuum condition; and packing the milk tablets. |
