<p>The present invention relates to a process for obtaining naphtenic acids from naphtenic leaches, which consists in that, for eliminating from the system of 90...95% of the contained water, the naphtenic leaches are treated as such or diluted with a solvent comprising a narrow fraction of hydrocarbons, with technical carbon bioxide, at a temperature of 20...60 C and a pressure of 1...3 bars, and as a consequence of the pH modification which occur, the used waters are separated from the organic mass wherefrom there are integrallz recovered the solvent, the non-saponifiables, the sodium naphtenates, the naphtenic acids and maximum 35% water, after recovering the solvent, the organic mass is treated with suphuric acid for the sodium naphtenate conversion in the acids, which are further washed and dried, there resulting naphtenic acids.</p> |
