A combination device for attaching auxiliary spectacles (50) to main spectacles (40) has a base (10), a clip (20) and a resilient member (30). Th e base (10) is mounted on the nose bridge (52) of the auxiliary spectacles (50) and has a recess (12) with an opening. The clip (20) is pivotally attached to the base (10) to close of the opening of the recess (12). The clip (20) has a length longer than that of the base (10) and an inclined surface (28) formed on the distal end of th e clip (20). The resilient member (30) is mounted between the base (10) and the cli p (20) to provide a restitution force to the clip (20). Accordingly, a user ca n operate, without using hands, the combination device to attach or detach the auxiliar y spectacles (50) onto or from the main spectacles (40) conveniently.
