METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING LAMINATED LUMBER HAVING SHEET WRAPPING CONSTRUCTION

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a laminated lumber is provided to improve vulnerability and quality of the board, and to increase smoothness of the board. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing a laminated lumber (100) comprise the steps of arranging multiple remnant woods(110) adjacent to each other, forming a frame by joining edges of the remnant woods in certain forms, injecting an adhesive into the remnant woods having certain forms and solidifying the adhesive, smoothing the irregular upper and lower faces of the remnant woods using a hand planer, attaching a MDF plate(120) of a constant thickness to the smoothed remnant woods with an adhesive, so as to form a MDF plywood, and applying an adhesive on one surface of a sheet(140) to be wrapped and then wrapping the sheet onto a surface of the MDF plate.
