PURPOSE: An adhesive sheet is provided, which can be used for medical or sanitary material and dose not generate the swelling of a support caused by the transfer of a liquid component from an adhesive layer and is excellent in processability and preservation ability. And a preparation method of the adhesive sheet is also provided. CONSTITUTION: The adhesive film comprises a support film, an elastomer film formed on one side of the support film, and the adhesive layer formed on the elastomer film. The adhesive layer is formed from a composition containing an acryl polymer as a main component and a liquid phase or paste phase compatible component compatible with the acryl polymer. The support film is one selected from polyethylene, polypropylene, and polyester and has a heating shrinkage of 3.0-4.5% in length and 1.2-4.2% in width. The elastomer film is one selected from polyester polyurethane, polyether polyurethane, polyether polyester, and polyether polyamide. And the preparation method of the adhesive sheet comprises the steps of: laminating the support film and the elastomer film; separately forming the adhesive layer on a release sheet; attaching the adhesive layer to the elastomer film; and performing a crosslinking reaction.
