A building room element has a surface having phosphorescent pigments with added doping substances and of different particle sizes so that the surface appears white. The phosphorescent material is strontium aluminate and may be embedded in a synthetic foil which thus appears white. The synthetic foil may have been pressed in a 3D process. The element may be a door, a door frame, a window frame, skirting board or wainscoting. The phosphorescent surface may be applied to a pre-existing surface. |
