PURPOSE: To provide a mold for maximizing productivity by removing burrs formed on various shaped casting products at the same time and improving process by discharging the burr removed various shaped casting products to the outside simultaneously when burrs are removed from the various shaped casting products, and a burr removal method using the same. CONSTITUTION: A mold for removing burrs of casting products(P,P') comprises an operation die(220) straightly reciprocated up and down with being mounted on an upper part of a hydraulic press for plastic working a work by changing pressure energy of a fluid into straight line motion type mechanical energy; and a fixed die(240) which is fixed and mounted on a lower half part of the hydraulic press, on which the work is placed, and which supports the work such that the fixed die transfers mechanical energy to the work, wherein the mold further comprises an operation plate(222) and a fixed plate(242) which are formed in a rectangular plate shape and respectively mounted on one side of upper and lower parts of the hydraulic press such that the operation die and the fixed die are not movable side to side in the hydraulic press; a first cutoff supporting block(244) and a second cutoff supporting block(244') for supporting the casting products such that the casting products are not moved by interfering with one side of the casting products formed in different shapes; and a first cutoff block(224) and a second cutoff block(224') installed in the upper side of the first cutoff supporting block and the second cutoff supporting block and moved downward so that the first cutoff block and the second cutoff block are united with the first cutoff supporting block and the second cutoff supporting block to cut and remove burrs(B,B') formed on the casting products, and wherein the operation plate and the fixed plate, the first cutoff supporting block and the second cutoff supporting block and the first cutoff block and the second cutoff block are installed at one side of the operation die and the fixed die.
