<p>The invention relates to an installation for odorizing natural gases in the conveying and gas distribution pipelines. According to the invention, the installation comprises a three-way electrical valve (1) connected to a constant level odoriferous substance-containing tank (3) and to a dosing vessel (5) so that, at time intervals determined by passing, through a pipeline (8), a pre-established gas quantity measured by an electronic flow rate meter (13), the quantity of odoriferous substance in the dosing vessel (5) , adequate to odorize a quantity of gas for obtaining the prescribed ratio, is introduced through the three-way electrical valve (1) driven in the gas stream through an odorizing device (11), the level of the odoriferous substance in the vessel (3) being maintained between the lower limit (14) and the upper limit (15) by means of a two-position adjusting system comprising float (16) having a magnet (17) and a relay (18), which controls, by means of a programmable automatic device (12) and by means of a two-way electrical valve (19), the feeding of odoriferous substance into the tank (3) from a reservoir (9).</p> |
