PRODUCTION OF ONE-BODY FIBER PALLET PROCESSING SYNTHETIC FIBER, WHICH IMPROVES ENVIRONMENTAL PROBLEM

PURPOSE: Provided is a production of a one-body fiber pallet to process waste synthetic fiber, which improves an environmental problem by recycling waste fiber and has an excellent durability under certain conditions. CONSTITUTION: The fiber pallet is produced in one-body shape by one touch pallet molding process using synthetic fiber instead of felt. Its top surface is flat. A synthetic fiber has the composition ratio of 70% polyester and 30% fiber such as acryl, rayon and so on. The fiber pallet is produced by: cutting a synthetic fiber into less than 2cm of pieces; coating thermosetting plastics like melamine in amount of 70g/m¬2; drying the coated fiber in a dryer until moisture content is less than 15%; and quickly cooling a pallet under 40 deg.C after molding it at 200 deg.C and 100 Kg/cm¬2.
