The Level indicator is intended for control or regulation of liquid medium level in tanks and pressurized vessels, and can also be used in rooms exposed to explosion risk. It has a sealed housing with a lid being fixed onto the tank wall. A magnetic switch holder is fixed onto the lid outside the tank and a lever assembly holder is fixed onto the lid inside the tank. The lever has a rotatable shaft having a magnet on one end and a weight plus a float on the other end. The applied magnetic switch features a high degree of explosion protection. In addition to its simple design, it has the following advantages: it signals a break in the electric conductor, the presence of electricity supply; signals can be actuated at high or low medium density and the contact status (open-closed) can be selected relative to the level in the tank. Its simple design makes it reliable in workshop conditions and it ensures safety in the facilities where it is used. |
