FIELD: building materials, in particular polymer composition for sealing adhesive, coats, filling floors, etc. ^ SUBSTANCE: method includes blending at pH 7.5-13.0 of inorganic powder, water and technological additives: polymethylsiloxane, dioctylphtalate, chloroparaffin, followed by addition of polyisocyanate oligomer comprising 1.9-8.9 mass % of isocyanate groups.
