A drive unit of a steering booster pump has a shell of a bracket, where by central rim the a pump is installed, pulley with possibility of rotation on roll bearings, this with its hub is connected to bushing fixed at the drive shaft of the pump. Connection of the hub of the pulley and the bushing is arranged by means of forming at the outer diameter of the bushing and, respectively, in the hub, a set of sockets where in turn are placed springy and rigid cylindrical connecting elements. The diameter of rigid elements is made smaller than the diameter of the springy elements.
