FIELD: medicine, boundary psychiatry. ^ SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with peroral intake of psychotropic preparations with chemical structure being adequate to constitutional-psychotypological structure of patient's personality. For patients with epileptoid structure of personality - diazepam tranquilizer per 5 mg daily or carbamazepin anticonvulsant per 50-100 mg daily. For patients with schizoid structure it is necessary to apply etaperazine neuroleptic per 8 mg daily or sonapax per 10 mg daily. Patients with cycloid structure are prescribed to apply coaxyl antidepressant per 37.5 mg daily or zolophta per 50 mg daily at duration of daily intake of preparations mentioned being about 1-2 mo and repeated course in 6 mo. The method enables to carry out psychopharmacological correction of personal and behavioral disorders as a result of acute and/or chronic social-stress impact, restore psychobiological tolerance of personality to acute and/or chronic social-stress factors and strengthen constitutional psychic and psychological mechanisms of compensation and adaptation, prevent the development of boundary psychic pathology. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of correction. ^ 3 ex
