FIELD: production of industrial explosives. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertinent to the field of production of industrial explosives (IE), in particular, to industrial production of safety explosives used for a shot-firing in ore mines and coal mines, in which there is explosive air-methane mixture and pulverized coal. The offered method of production of the industrial explosives includes: preparation of components of an ammonium nitrate, trinitrotoluene and sodium chloride, a two-stage mixing of these components, during which at the first stage the ammonium nitrate previously ground in three in series mounted disintegrators and trinitrotoluene previously ground with the help of compressed air are mixed and comminuted in a ball three-chamber crusher; at the second stage the produced mixture is mixed with sodium chloride and comminuted in the ball three-chamber crusher up to the given dispersivity. The device for production of industrial explosives is offered. The purpose of invention is production of industrial explosives on the basis of a fine-grained ammonium nitrate, ground trinitrotoluene and the accordingly prepared sodium chloride with stable explosive performances and safety in use. ^ EFFECT: the invention ensures production of industrial explosives with stable explosive performances and safety in use. ^ 2 cl, 7 dwg, 1 tbl |
