FIELD: construction engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is used for corrosion protection of pipelines and at repair of pipelines. Proposed device contains drum with wound cloth envelope, bath with glue, hollow cantilever for placing film hose and closure providing hermetic delivery of envelope and hose into pipeline and consisting of branch pipe hermetically connected with pipeline and accommodating pressure gauge and valve. Closure is of pneumo-mechanical design. One end of branch pipe of closure is connected with pipeline through torus cup filled with air and enclosing the branch pipe and arranged between two flanges secured on branch pipe. Other end is connected with bell by elastic diaphragm clamped by two plates with U-shaped cutout. One plate is installed for regulated displacement in vertical plane, and the other is installed for floating displacement in vertical plane. ^ EFFECT: enlarged range of technical means. ^ 4 dwg
