A photographic display device (1) comprises: (a) an elongated rail ; (b) a channel (2) in the rail, (c) a board (3) extending from the base rail, the board (3) having a lower edge (4) which is complementary to and inserted into the channel (2) of the rail, and (d) a photographic image (5) mounted on one major surface of the board, the photographic image being of an object or person(s) and the image and the board being contoured to highlight the outline of the object or person(s) rather than the background of the image.
