A game for plurality of players comprising a plurality of targets and objects to be tossed is provided. The first steps of the game are to arrange the plurality of targets in spaced relationship in an area of play and to determine penalty zones within that area. The players start at a start position and each tossing a respective one of the object towards a first of the targets in an attempt to get their object to reach the target, and each player, if necessary, making further tosses of their object until it has reached that target. After the first target has been reached by each player, each player tossing their respective object in turn to a second of the targets, and if necessary making further tosses, until the second target is reached, repeating then this operation for all further targets, if any, until all targets have been reached in turn, wherein in each case the player tossing his or her object makes a commencing toss from the target just reached. The game is characterized in that players are given a score or scores corresponding to the total number of tosses required to get their object to each target, and wherein a penalty is added to the score of any player who tosses their object into a penalty zone, or does not maintain a legal tossing position, and wherein at the completion of all tosses the score of each player is calculated to determine a winner of the game.
