Tripeptidyl aminopeptidases from Aspergillus niger

A tripeptidyl peptidase (EC.3.4.14.9) is encoded by a polynucleotide being at least 60% homologous to the sequence of SEQ ID NO:12 or 69, preferably the peptidase has the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:126. Polypeptides, vector, methods of manufacturing, antibodies and recombinant host cells are described. The nucleotides or antibodies can be used in diagnosing whether an organism is infected with Aspergillus.
