The invention relates to a multitrack vehicle which moves via rolls and is driven by the seated rider by means of a muscle-actuated drive mechanism. The inventive rider-seated rolling vehicle can be used as a means of transport or entertainment and is to be used mainly on sidewalks, in pedestrian zones, and similar. The force which moves the rider-seated rolling vehicle is generated in a phased manner when the rider starts moving a revolving pedal (58) in an outward direction along the tracks (50R and 50L) by means of both feet. The force generated by the leg muscles is transmitted to the rotating component of the drive mechanism by means of a rope (54), and the rider-seated rolling vehicle is made to move forward. The rider pulls his feet back to the initial position after completing the cycle while the rope (54) is tightened in the opposite direction under the effect of springs, whereby the revolving pedal (58) is retracted into the initial position. The inventive rider-seated rolling vehicle is foldable and can be put into and out of operation quickly. |
