PURPOSE: A safety tube fitted around the neck of a human body is provided to prevent drowning by floating the head of the human body on the water with buoyancy and getting out of the dangerous zone with the self-buoyancy of the safety tube. CONSTITUTION: A safety tube is composed of a neck tube(1) and an air injection port(2), and mounted around the neck of a human body without tightening the neck by floating force of the tube. The safety tube is mounted to the neck of the human body without injecting air into the neck tube, and air is injected to the neck tube. The safety tube is directly fixed around the neck by using the difference between the circumference of the head and the circumference of the neck to restrict the safety tube from being separated from the human body. The head of the human body over the neck is floated on the water by applying the little amount of buoyancy to escape from dangerous zone while swimming in the sea or the river.
