PURPOSE: Provided is a cosmetic composition for improvement of atopy-like dermatitis containing glycoprotein extracted from Ulmus davidiana for. suberosa NAK. as a main ingredient and/or recombinant human epidermal growth factor. Therefore, it solves problems of adverse side effect caused by steroid therapy as well as protects the skin and improves atopy-like dermatitis. CONSTITUTION: The cosmetic composition for improvement of atopy-like dermatitis is characterized by containing 0.0001-10 wt.% of glycoprotein extracted from Ulmus davidiana for. suberosa NAK. as a main ingredient and/or 0.000001-0.001 wt.% of recombinant human epidermal growth factor. The glycoprotein and recombinant human epidermal growth factor are included in a polymeric particle having a size of 30-120nm, then nanosome-treated.
