PURPOSE: An integrated control device and a method for controlling plural controlled apparatuses are provided to conveniently control plural controlled apparatuses according to state information of the apparatuses and an inputted key, and to check state information on a currently used apparatus by using a mapping table, thereby conveniently controlling the corresponding apparatus without changing. CONSTITUTION: A receiver(100) receives a key code value selected by a user, and transmits the received key code value to a controller(200). A state decider(400) checks state information on controlled apparatuses. A memory(300) stores apparatus information and the state information on the apparatuses, and includes a mapping table which determines a control operation. The controller(200) controls the apparatuses according to an inputted key and the state information on the apparatuses, based on the mapping table.
