PURPOSE: An apparatus of cleaning a flat display panel is provided to improve a cleaning effect by using a gap controller for correctly controlling a stance of a roll brush. CONSTITUTION: A roll brush(2) is in contact with an upper surface or a lower surface of a substrate. A gap controller(4) is used for moving the roll brush on the surface of the substrate. A drive unit(6) rotates the roll brush. The gap controller includes a driving shaft(8) coupled to the roll brush, a fixing bracket(10) located at both sides of the driving shaft, a rotary plate(12) fixed to the fixing bracket to move the driving shaft, a driving source(14) for providing power to the rotary plate, and a power transmission member for transmitting the driving force of the driving source to the rotary plate.
