PURPOSE: A motor having a rotating connecting rod bolt is provided to move the connecting rod independently by adjusting the distance of the piston moving between the top dead center and the bottom dead center different from the diameter of rotation of the crankshaft bolt, and to improve the efficiency of the motor by moving down the piston slower than the crankshaft bolt. CONSTITUTION: A motor includes a piston(1), a cylinder(2), a connecting rod(3) connected to the piston and a crankshaft, the crankshaft, a connecting rod rotating bolt(5) formed in a crankshaft bolt, a double-faced gear(9) arranged in the axis of the crankshaft and composed of gear teeth, and gears(12) connected to the double-faced gear. The gears connected to the crankshaft move with the double-faced gear, and a connecting rod rotating bolt gear(4) driven by the double-faced gear and the connecting rod rotating bolt rotate the crankshaft by using force applied to the crankshaft bolt. The crankshaft is rotated by the double-faced gear with the gears.
