PURPOSE: A method for fixing an elastic device of a wrinkled band without using an air expansion tube is provided to simplify the manufacturing process by connecting the wrinkled tubes of a separated state to each other and also to do the production of the tubes with a different size without any separate manufacturing device. CONSTITUTION: The method for fixing an elastic device of a wrinkled band without using an air expansion tube includes steps of: securing an internal space between the bonding lines, which are configured so that they have an air channel withinside at a constant regularity when the outside contour edges of bonding sheets, overlapped by a high-frequency molding, are bonded to each other; bonding a bonding connection band(5), connected to an elastic band(6), onto a bonding surface over and under the secured internal space; firstly pressing and fixing the interface(3) between the elastic band(6) and the bonding connection band(5) by using a pressing unit; and then cooling the portion, in which the connection band(5) is bonded onto the bonding surface.
