EMERGENCY CALL SERVICE METHOD USING GPS, CAPABLE OF OFFERING CUSTOMER DATA NEEDED FOR RESCUE SERVICE AS WELL AS CONNECTING CALL TO EMERGENCY RESCUE SERVICE COMPANY BY ONE BUTTON WHEN USER FACES EMERGENCY SITUATION

PURPOSE: An emergency call service method is provided to allow a user to connect a call to an emergency rescue service company though the user does not memorize a phone number of the company, and to allow the emergency rescue company to start a rescue service instantly without an authentication or position check procedure. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises several steps. If a user requests an emergency rescue service by pushing a specific key on a mobile communication terminal with a GPS function, an accessed ARS(Automatic Response Service) server or wireless internet server offers a service menu(S401,S402). If the user selects one specific service among the offered service menu, the ARS server or wireless internet server sends a user ID and position data to an emergency rescue service company(S403-S405). The emergency rescue service company offers a requested rescue service(S406), and the ARS server or wireless internet server charges a fee for the rescue service.
