CASE COMPOSED OF PLURAL VENTILATING HOLES AND VENT DOORS FOR SELECTIVELY OPENING AND CLOSING THE VENTILATING HOLES IN AN AIR CONDITIONER OF A VEHICLE

PURPOSE: A case of an air conditioner for a vehicle is provided to seal the vent door plate to the vent opening separation wall formed in the ventilating hole completely by forming the guide part with the sealing groove in the vent door plate, and to cut down manufacturing cost by reducing material for sealing. CONSTITUTION: An air conditioner case of a vehicle is composed of a case(100) having plural ventilating holes(120), and at least one vent door(111) or more turned and installed to selectively open and close the ventilating holes. A guide part(111c) is formed at the side of a door plate(111b) of the vent door, and a sealing groove(111d) is formed in the guide part to contain a vent opening separation wall(122) in the ventilating hole of the case. The sealing groove is formed to be larger than the width and the length of the vent opening separation wall. The sealing groove is inclined to the door plate, and the end of the vent opening separation wall is curved.
