COMMUNICATION METHOD, PARTICULARLY WITH REGARDS TO GENERATING A CODE MASK BASED ON GEOGRAPHICAL COORDINATE VALUES

PURPOSE: A communication method is provided to define a geographical position of a base station by the first and second coordinate values, and to correct the first coordinates value based on the second coordinate values, then to generate an identifier based on at least the corrected first coordinate values. CONSTITUTION: A generation module determines latitude related to a base station(505), and corrects the determined latitude of the base station, then reaches a different value(510). The generation module determines longitude of the base station(520). The generation module determines a value related to the determined longitude on the basis of the latitude of the base station(530). Based on the value related to the determined longitude, the generation module generates a PLCM(Public Long Code Mask)(540).
