PURPOSE: A light guide plate, a method for fabricating the light guide plate, and an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) having the light guide plate are provided to reduce the weight of the light guide plate, improve light utilizing efficiency, and enhance luminance without using a prism sheet. CONSTITUTION: A light guide plate(100) includes a body(110) and a diffused reflection part(120). The body includes the first face, the second face facing the first face, and sides(113) connecting the first face and the second face. The diffused reflection part diffused-reflecting light input to the body to project the diffused-reflected light through the first face. The diffused reflection part penetrates the first face and the second face.
