PURPOSE: A cover of disposable airtight vessel is provided to safely protect contents within the vessel even if external shake or impact occurrs, and to simply use the vessel by manually pressing the cover. CONSTITUTION: The cover of disposable airtight vessel includes an air pump(1) which is pressed by a finger of a person and is formed with intake/escape holes at an upper side thereof, an airtight rubber hose(2) which receives an air from the air pump, inflates by that air and urges the vessel, a reinforcing frame(3) for withstanding high-pressure generated upon pressing the air pump, and a reinforcing frame(4) for preventing a user accidently from pressing the air pump.
