PURPOSE: A door system of a box-type loading compartment of a vehicle is provided to make access of the loading compartment easy by opening and closing vertically the door system and fixing a step unit outside the door and to use effectively a receiving space by removing a space for keeping a ladder. CONSTITUTION: A door system of a box-type loading compartment(100) of a vehicle is composed of guide rods(111,112) installed at both lateral sides of a gate(101) of the loading compartment to move vertically; a door unit(120) hinge-combined to the guide rod to open and close the loading compartment door; a step unit(130) fixed on the outside of the door unit; and a locking unit(140) for locking and fastening the door unit to the loading compartment door.
